Update verification: this sentence was added in Discourse after the original Hugo page was generated. Synchronization must update the same native Hugo content file and public URL without creating another page or Bridge Record.

This article begins in the sandbox Discourse forum and is published into Hugo through DiscussionBridge.

It verifies that forum-owned content can become a native Hugo content page while preserving Discourse as the editorial and discussion source.

Static destination

DiscussionBridge creates a Hugo content file during synchronization. Hugo then generates the public page as ordinary static HTML.

Update in place
